Our Return Policy:

Finished jewelry purchased in-person from our gallery may be returned for refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, or within 30 calendar days for exchange or store credit. Purchases of Christmas/Hanukkah gifts may be exchanged for store credit until the end of January.

Finished jewelry purchased on-line may be returned for refund within 14 calendar days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return postage and must have prior authorization. (Just give us a call first.)

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, in their original packaging.

Custom work, special orders, and finished jewelry that has been sized or altered, are not returnable.
